Tejas express: Everything you need to know

The most awaited train Tejas express is going to flagged off from mumbai to goa by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.The train is fully equiped with modern equipments and technologies such as onboard LEDTV,Tea/Coffee vending machines.This is very luxurious train.The facilities are like the Aeroplanes facilities.

Facility:The train has got all the ultra-modern facilities like on-board infotainment, wi-fi, CCTV, fire and smoke detector,tea/coffee vending machine etc.This train is India's first premium train that will run at an average speed of 130kmph and have a speed potential of about 200kmph.It has  automatic entrance door, a first in non-suburban train in Indian railways.Tejas Express has a dust-proof/sealed inter car gangway.Tejas Express has also got Braille assistance installed for visually challenged passengers. & many more.
This Tejas Express would operate between Mumbai and Goa .The train will run five days a week during non-monsoon season and three days a week during monsoon.

Fare:The express train's executive class fare  is Rs 2,680 (with food) and Rs 2,525 (without food),& for AC chair car the fare has been fixed at Rs 1,280 (with food) and Rs 1,155 (without food).
